About the Author
Mimi Kirk is the author of numerous books including Raw-Vitalize and The Ultimate Guide to Modern Juicing. Voted PETA’s sexiest vegetarian over 50, she has appeared on NBC, CBS, and Fox News; and in VegNews magazine, Purely Delicious, and PETA Prime. She lives in Ramona, California.
Mia Kirk White is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor trained in nutrition, Jin Shin, Swedish massage, and Acupressure. She lives in Richmond, Virginia with her two children.
